Halee and Eathan were such a fun couple to photograph and for the middle of November, we couldn't have lucked out more with the weather and the fact that there was still beautiful golden yellow leaves on the trees at Confederation Park in Calgary. These two were planning their wedding for a year later at the Banff Springs Hotel and I would have loved to photograph it, except my second baby was due later this year.  But I still felt lucky to capture their engagement session, which felt like a nice fall walk with old friends.  They were dressed up for the first half of the session and then they got into their comfy Christmas sweaters for the rest. I could have photographed them dancing in front of the gorgeous fall tree for an hour in itself with how beautiful the lighting was and how real a moment they were having together!
